As announced during the conference we expect to publish the Conference Proceedings on a special volume of the São Paulo Journal of Mathematical Sciences in honor of Professor Waldyr Oliva. For this purpose we request the participants to submit their contributions. The deadline for submission is February 28 of 2017 and the volume may appear in the second semester of 2017 or 2018. The papers must be sent to Professor Clodoaldo Ragazzo.
